What Should You Expect?
XtraLight rep training is more than 'just' diving into product knowledge and training. Upon arriving to Houston, agents are treated to an exclusive dinner with key XtraLight personnel. The following day entails a deep dive into XtraLight market positioning, key selling points, available marketing support, an extensive tour of the XtraLight manufacturing facility and state-of-the-art testing lab, and yes...training on our primary product line (including upcoming products).

XtraLight is uniquely positioned in the LED lighting marketplace to enable you and the projects you're working on an incredible success. Until you tour our advanced manufacturing facility and our NVLAP accredited lab, you cannot truly appreciate the extent of XtraLight's full capabilities. Come experience what makes XtraLight different!
What Will Be Covered?
XtraLight will cover the cost of hotel rooms, meals, and transportation to and from the airport. All you will need to cover is your travel expenses to Houston.
Who Can Attend?
Space for each event is limited to the first 12-15 reps. We purposely keep these sessions small for a more personalized experience. If you'd like to invite an engineer, contractor or other customers please contact Mike Arnold or Rick Spencer before registering for a session.
When Are The Events?
Session dates are above. We ask for everyone to arrive the afternoon the day before to settle into your accommodations and prepare for dinner that evening. The actual day of training should conclude by 3 PM.
Where Are The Events?
XtraLight Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility - 8812 Frey Road, Houston, TX 77034. We ask that you fly into Houston Hobby Airport in Southeast Houston. This airport is only 5-10 minutes away from the facility. IAH airport can be used if needed, but it is a hour drive from the facility.
